Principal-Led Approach
001
The Rebellion model is built around direct principal involvement. The senior person leads the work — not just the pitch. That means the strategy, the writing, the design direction and the delivery all sit with the same person, and clients speak to that person throughout. It is a model built on continuity, judgement and accountability — and it is what allows relationships to grow stronger with every piece of work rather than reset with every brief.
Principal-Led
Gerard Greenan
Founder & Principal
I lead Rebellion Creative directly. With more than twenty-five years in brand, web & commercial communications, my work sits between strategy, writing, design direction and delivery. Clients work with the person responsible for the thinking as well as the output. That keeps context, standards and accountability in one place — and reduces the translation loss that often appears when work passes through layers.

What direct leadership means in practice.
One conversation. One point of contact. One standard held throughout.
Strategy, writing and design direction sit in the same hands from the first meeting to the final delivery. There are no account managers, no rotating teams, and no translation loss between the thinking and the work.
Twenty-five years of practice sits behind every decision — and every decision is made by the person the client is actually speaking to.
Twenty-five years. Specialist sectors.
Long-term partnerships.
Rebellion Creative works across marine, construction, electronics, aerospace and specialist supply chains — environments where presentation is read carefully and credibility is earned rather than claimed.
The work is measured in long-term client partnerships, not one-off projects. That continuity is where the value is: strategy, standards and institutional memory that build over time rather than resetting with every engagement.

The Ford Motor Company - TH!NK electric vehicle launch, September 2001. A high-profile project and an early example of the standard of work we were being trusted with.

Swift Brickwork Contractors Ltd, twenty-fifth anniversary, July 2017.
A long-standing partnership built over more than twenty years & one that continues to define the way we approach long-term client relationships.
The work continues.
The businesses Rebellion Creative works with today are, in many cases, the same businesses we have worked with for years — and in some cases, for over two decades. That continuity is not accidental. It is the result of doing serious work for serious people, and being trusted to keep doing it.
The next twenty-five years will follow the same principle. Long-term partnerships with established businesses in specialist sectors. Direct responsibility from first conversation to final delivery. Standards held, judgement applied, and the work carried forward without the noise.
Some things change. The way work gets done, the tools used, the sectors served. What does not change is the discipline behind it — and the standard the work is held to.
